Idk why but i hate it when my school or even sunib having a seminar about mental health. What i hate about is that they've talked like they knows and sees everything yet they have failed to realize that some of the students or even teachers are hurting. My friend once said abt this "do they care? No. They will never care. Why? Bcs its ur problem. Whats on their mind is that ur a ticking bomb, and u urself are the one who caused all of this. They also wont understand if u said that mental health really affect everyday life. They wont hear u at all. Thats the thing." I know some of them are actually care and im totally rooting for them, but still, no offense ;)
