"Memento Mori". Latin translation means "Remember that we all die one day". In the face of death, all those things that we thought were important weren't really that important. Throughout our lives, we're always gonna have those moments of fear of failures, of embarrassment, of having butterflies in our stomachs. But if we're able to train ourselves to notice this butterfly and use fear as a tool, then we become a lot happier, because the ultimate deadline is death. There's something called "Regret Minimization Life Philosophy". It basically says that in order to live a happy life, what we need to do is to minimize regrets. The way we minimize regrets in our life is to accept these butterflies in our stomachs. Those who are happy are those that face their butterflies. Having butterflies mean that we're doing something worthwhile. What are you really worried about? Because, all those butterflies that we got in our stomachs, pass. In a week's time, in a month's time, those butterflies, you're not even going to remember that. Again, what are you worried about? embarrassment? That passes. Just like you don't worry what ants think of you, you shouldn't worry what other people think of you. This is your life, you're the main actor in your life and you get to dictate and decide how the movie goes. And the movie is going to be more exciting if you chase after those butterflies. Embrace mistakes... Embrace those butterflies
