don't feed cats routinely unless you are ready to feed them until their last breath. feeding cats routinely will deprive their survival skills of finding food themselves and, therefore, killing them slowly in the wild. i may sound cruel, but feeding them routinely and then leaving them on their own in the wild is crueler.
